By using this system, users agree to the following:
Valid Times Only: Only valid times earned by playing Polyphony Digital's Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec for the Sony PlayStation 2 may be submitted to the system. GT3 TIMES.com reserves the right to remove any false or inaccurate times at its discretion.
Repeated Abuse: If a user continues to falsify their times, their account will be deleted without warning. Further abuse of this system will result in the banning of their IP address for accessing this domain. No exceptions will be made.
Time Verification:GT3 TIMES.com reserves the right to ask users to verify their times. This may be done via memory card data transfer, image/video capturing, or a detailed description of their car tunings and split times. If a user fails to comply with this request, their times may be deleted at the discretion of GT3 TIMES.com
Game Enhancing Devices: The use of game enhancing devices, such as InterAct's Game Shark, is not allowed while earning submitted times. Such actions will disqualify these times and they will be removed from the system. Repeated abuse will be handled as stated above.
Fun: Above all, users of this system will have fun at all times. This includes the occasional smile and random fit of laugher.
